Q: What is the actual output capability of the RSP‑500‑24 – 500W or 504W?
A: The datasheet shows 504W, but it is generally rated as a 500W class unit. For continuous operation, keep the load at or below the rated current of 21A.

Q: Why do the 3.3V/4V/5V models run the fan continuously while the 12V and higher models can stop it?
A: Low‑voltage, high‑current models generate more heat; the fan runs continuously for reliable cooling. Higher‑voltage models are more efficient and use temperature control to reduce noise and power consumption.

Q: How do I wire the remote ON/OFF?
A: Use the CN100 connector: RC+ (Pin4) and RC‑ (Pin3). Open circuit or apply 0‑0.8VDC to turn the power supply ON; apply 4‑10VDC to turn it OFF. Do not apply high voltage.

Q: Can I connect outputs in parallel for more current?
A: Direct paralleling is not recommended. The RSP‑500 series does not have current‑sharing circuitry – parallel connection leads to unbalanced load distribution. If you need higher power, please choose a higher‑power Leyu series or a model with current‑sharing capability.
