  Industrial Communication and Network Equipment:
Provide uninterrupted power supply to devices such as industrial switches, routers, gateways, and remote I/O modules to ensure the continuous and stable operation of industrial networks.
  Special Processes and Processing Equipment:
Used in laser cutting/welding machines, electroplating/electrolytic power supplies, industrial heating equipment, etc. These applications typically require high-power, high-precision, programmable dedicated power supplies.

Core Advantages

Intelligence and Manageability

Modern industrial switching power supplies integrate communication interfaces, enabling remote monitoring of real-time status such as voltage, current, and temperature for predictive maintenance. They support redundant parallel operation and hot-swappable functionality, allowing power supplies to be replaced without interrupting system operation, thereby significantly enhancing system availability.

High Efficiency and Energy Saving

Conversion efficiency is usually above 90%, and advanced models can reach 95%-96%. This not only directly reduces electricity costs and carbon emissions but also decreases the heat generated by the power supply itself, easing the cooling burden on the control cabinet.

High Power Density and Compact Design

Using high-frequency switching technology, its size and weight are much smaller than traditional low-frequency transformers. The standardized DIN rail mounting design allows for neat arrangement like other automation modules, greatly saving control cabinet space. Some ultra-thin modules are only 18 millimeters wide.

Extremely High Reliability

Robust Environmental Adaptability: Industrial-grade switching power supplies operate stably across a wide temperature range from -25℃ to 70℃, and even from -40℃ to 85℃.
Comprehensive Circuit Protection: Integrated protections include over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and over-temperature safeguards.
Superior Anti-Interference Capability: Featuring excellent Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) performance.

Excellent Electrical and Environmental Adaptability

Wide input voltage range: Generally supports 85-264VAC and even wider input ranges (such as 100-500VAC), easily handling fluctuations in industrial power grids.
Flexible installation and configuration: The modular design makes selection and replacement very convenient. Some high-end models support configuring output voltage and current via software, allowing adaptation to different requirements without changing hardware, offering great flexibility.

Category Overview

  •
    Single Output Switching Power Supply

Provides a stable DC output (such as 24V). This is the most common basic power supply form, available in various packages including DIN rail, onboard, and enclosed modules.

General device power supply: Acts as the main power source for a single device or a small system, such as supplying power to a standalone small PLC, industrial PC, touchscreen, or testing instrument.
Subsystem power supply: In a large system, provides an independent, clean power source for a specific functional subsystem (such as a sensor array, a set of solenoid valves, or a standalone motor drive module) to avoid interference.
Built-in device power supply: Embedded within other automation equipment in the form of a board or module, serving as its internal standard power unit.
  •
    Din Rail Switching Power Supply

The mainstream installation form of a single-output switching power supply, designed for standard DIN rail mounting, modular, and easy to install and maintain.

Main power supply of the control cabinet: Almost installed in every industrial control cabinet, it converts 220VAC industrial electricity into a 24VDC bus, providing a centralized main power supply for all low-voltage DC devices inside the cabinet and on site.
Modular system integration: Its standardized, modular design allows seamless integration with other DIN rail-mounted devices such as PLCs, relays, and circuit breakers, making installation, maintenance, and expansion convenient.
  •
Waterproof and Rainproof Switching Power Supply

Featuring a high protection rating (such as IP67), dustproof, splash-resistant, and can be temporarily submerged, suitable for humid, dusty, and outdoor environments.

Outdoor and humid environments: Used for outdoor advertising machines, port gantry cranes, outdoor energy storage devices, landscape lighting control, and other equipment directly exposed to rain and snow.
Frequently washed industries: In production lines such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, equipment that requires frequent high-pressure washing or operates in high humidity environments can work reliably with waterproof power supplies.
Dusty and corrosive environments: Applied in places with heavy dust, such as cement plants, mines, wood processing, or areas with corrosive gases, such as electroplating workshops.
  •
    Multiple Output Switching Power Supply

A power module provides two or more independent or related stable outputs.

Highly integrated devices: Provide power simultaneously to different functional circuits inside servo drives, machine vision systems, high-end measuring instruments, and integrated display terminals (such as 5V digital logic circuits, ±12V analog circuits, 24V relay outputs), saving space and wiring.
Compact control systems: In some very limited-space small control boxes or equipment, a multi-output power supply replaces multiple single-output power supplies to simultaneously power miniature PLCs (5V/24V), input/output circuits, etc., simplifying the design.
For industrial computers and PCs: Provide multiple matching power outputs for industrial computer motherboards (12V), hard drives (5V), and external interfaces (5V/12V).
  •
    DC to DC Converter

Perform voltage conversion within the DC system (such as 24V to 5V), providing electrical isolation and noise suppression.

Distributed board power supply: Installed on circuit boards inside devices, it converts the main power bus (such as 24VDC) into low voltages required by onboard chips and components, such as 5V, 3.3V, ±12V, ±15V. It is the core power supply component for controller boards, I/O modules, and communication boards.
Power supply for sensors and precision circuits: Provides low-noise, highly isolated, clean power for analog sensors, high-precision measurement circuits, operational amplifiers, etc., ensuring the accuracy of signal acquisition.
Voltage matching and long-distance transmission: Used in distributed I/O stations or long-distance transmission to boost voltage and reduce voltage drop losses, or to convert the voltage back to the level required by the equipment at the end point.

Application Details

Single Output Switching Power Supply

Pain Point: Providing stable, reliable, and standardized DC power for a single load or module is the most basic power supply unit for automation equipment.
Solution: The design focuses on optimizing a single voltage output, aiming for high reliability, cost-effectiveness, and standardization to meet large-scale and versatile needs. High cost-effectiveness, high reliability, mature technology, and ease of selection and replacement make it the most common and fundamental power supply component in industrial automation systems.
