The unit is available in DC12V, DC24V, and DC48V input voltage options. Output AC voltage can be configured to 100V, 110V, 120V, 220V, 230V, or 240V (factory preset), with selectable 50Hz or 60Hz output frequency. Rated continuous output power is 4000W, with 8000W surge capacity. Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is ≤3% (resistive load), and conversion efficiency is ≥85%.
The OPIP-4000 features an aluminum alloy housing for effective heat dissipation and weather resistance. An intelligent temperature-controlled fan automatically adjusts speed based on load and temperature. Product dimensions are 400×205×170mm, with a net weight of 8.6kg.
The product comes with an 18-month warranty and includes pure copper connection cables and a spare fuse in the standard package.

What loads can the OPIP-4000 support?
A: The OPIP-4000 is a pure sine wave inverter with THD ≤3%, capable of driving various loads including resistive loads (lights, heaters) and inductive loads (motors, compressors, air conditioners, refrigerators, water pumps, etc.). The 8000W surge capacity handles the high inrush current during motor startup.
Q2: How do I choose the input voltage?
A: Select the model that matches your battery system voltage: DC12V for 12V battery systems, DC24V for 24V battery systems, and DC48V for 48V battery systems.
Q3: Can the output voltage be customized?
A: Yes. Output AC voltage can be configured to 100V, 110V, 120V, 220V, 230V, or 240V at the factory. Output frequency supports either 50Hz or 60Hz.
Q4: What happens if the inverter overheats?
A: The inverter features built-in over-temperature protection. When temperature exceeds the threshold, an audible alarm sounds (three "bibibi" beeps in a cycle), the LED flashes red, and the unit shuts down automatically. It can be restarted after the temperature drops. The intelligent temperature-controlled fan continuously regulates cooling.
Q5: How long can the 8000W surge power be sustained?
A: The 8000W rating is instantaneous surge power for handling startup current spikes from motors, compressors, and similar equipment. Continuous operation at peak power is not recommended.

Yes. LEYU inverters are designed with 2X surge power capability (e.g., a 2000W inverter can handle a 4000W peak for 1-2 seconds). This is crucial for appliances with compressors or motors that require high initial torque to start.
Is your inverter compatible with Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries?
Yes, our inverters work with Lead-acid, Gel, and Lithium batteries. Since Lithium batteries have different voltage discharge curves, we recommend our models with adjustable low-voltage disconnect (LVD) settings to prevent over-discharging your Lithium pack.
What should I do if the "Overload" LED is flashing on the inverter?
This usually means the connected load exceeds the rated power. Please disconnect all appliances, restart the inverter, and reconnect them one by one. Ensure the total "starting power" of your devices doesn't exceed the peak capacity of the inverter.
How to request a sample? Can the sample be engraved with a logo?
Leyu supports sample orders with MOQ as low as 1 piece and accepts custom logo on samples for OEM orders (minimum quantity and cost negotiable with our sales team). Bulk orders support full OEM/ODM customization including case color, label design, and packaging.
