Q3: How does overload protection recover?
This series uses constant current limiting protection. When the load returns to normal, the output voltage automatically recovers – no need to power off or manually reset. However, for over‑voltage protection (output exceeds 30‑36V or 54‑60V), you must disconnect the input, allow internal capacitors to discharge, and then reapply power to recover.
Q4: Can I parallel two units to increase output current?
Direct paralleling is not recommended. For redundancy or higher power, use a dedicated redundancy module (e.g. Leyu DR‑RD20) for load sharing. Direct paralleling may cause circulating currents and uneven load sharing.
Q5: How much clearance is needed for heat dissipation?
The power supply uses free air convection cooling. Leave at least 20mm of space above and below the unit, and 10mm on the sides, avoiding placement next to heat‑generating components. When operating above 60℃, refer to the derating curve (derate 2.5% per 1℃ rise).
