A: The DRP‑240 series employs a current‑limiting circuit and has some current‑limiting characteristics, but it does not support active current sharing. For power requirements above 480W, we recommend selecting our DRP‑480 series instead.
Q2: Can this power supply run on 400V industrial AC power? A: No. The maximum input voltage for this unit is 264 VAC. If your installation uses a three‑phase supply, you will typically need to connect one phase and neutral (220V/230V) to power this unit.
Q3: Will the power supply be damaged if the output is short‑circuited? A: No. The DRP‑240 features auto‑recovery short‑circuit protection. When a short circuit is detected, the power supply enters hiccup mode or current‑limiting mode. Once the fault is cleared, the output automatically returns to normal operation.
