Product Introduction
The Leyu DR-100 series is a 100W single-output industrial DIN rail switching power supply, designed for control cabinets, automation equipment, and industrial field power supply. This series includes three common models: DR-100-12, DR-100-15, and DR-100-24, providing 12V/7.5A, 15V/6.5A, and 24V/4.2A respectively. It supports a wide input range of 85~264VAC and is also compatible with 124~370VDC input, adapting to various power grids and DC backup power scenarios.
The DR-100 series uses fanless natural convection cooling and can be mounted on standard TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15 DIN rails. The unit undergoes 100% full-load burn-in testing, features no-load power consumption below 1W, complies with Class II insulation, and comes with a 2-year warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can DR-100 series be connected in parallel to increase output current?
A: Direct parallel connection is not recommended. This series does not have a current sharing function, so parallel operation will lead to uneven load distribution. For higher power requirements, please choose higher power models from Leyu (e.g., DR-150 or DR-240 series).
Q: Can the output be directly connected to a battery?
A: No. This power supply has a constant voltage output. Direct connection to a battery may cause reverse current that can damage the power supply. For battery charging, please use a dedicated charger module.
Q: What is the voltage adjustment range and how to adjust?
A: The 12V model can be adjusted from 12V to 15V, the 15V model from 15V to 18V, and the 24V model from 24V to 29V. There is a potentiometer on the front panel; use a small flathead screwdriver to turn clockwise to increase voltage or counterclockwise to decrease.
Q: How to recover after overload protection?
A: This series uses constant current limiting protection. When the load exceeds 105%~135% of rated power, the output current is clamped at a safe value and the voltage drops. After removing the overload, the output automatically returns to normal without needing to power cycle the unit.
Q: Can it be mounted on a metal DIN rail?
A: Yes. It is compatible with standard TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15 aluminum or steel DIN rails. Good contact between the power supply housing and the rail helps with heat dissipation, though grounding is not mandatory.
Q: Can it still be used when the operating temperature exceeds 60℃?
A: Above 60℃, derating is required. Refer to the product manual for the specific derating curve. As a general rule, derate 2.5% per 1℃ increase, with a maximum of 50% load at 70℃. Adding a fan inside the control cabinet is recommended.
Q: Does it have UL and CE certification?
A: The Leyu DR-100 series is designed with reference to UL60950-1, TUV EN60950-1, and EN50178 safety standards. Its EMC meets EN55022 Class B and heavy industry immunity standards. The unit can be used as a component for final equipment certification.
